I hope you've recovered from all the Carnaval madness of the past week, it certainly is a sight to behold every year! We are now properly into March and getting closer and closer to some warmer weather, which is exciting! It also means Calçot season is in full swing which is a typical Catalan food that you've got to try, it is delicious and a ton of fun to eat!
